Flame retardant polyacrylate solvent adhesive

1. Ingredient and formulation Unit:
Gmethacrylic acid2,4,6-TBPMlA: 5~10
Glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) :2.0~3.8
Butyl acrylate(BA) 50~80 Acetic ether: 50~160
Acrylonitrile(AN) :15~40
Azobisisobutyronitrile:0.2~0.6 propylene

2.The method of preparation
Add 5~10g TBPMA,50~80g BA,15~40g AN,1~3g AM,2.0~3.8g GMA、50~160g acetic ether and 0.2~0.6ginitiator AIBN in three flasks sequentially.
Access a little nitrogen to protect and mix in 75~80℃. At the atmospheric pressure, copolymerization may spend 8~9 hours to produce polybasic acrylic co-polymerization solvent that can be applied to FPC substrate.
3. Properties
Peel strength /(N/cm) 19.5(room temperature) 60/260℃   Surface resistance/MΩ 1.8×105(After heat treatment) 1.8×105(in humid environment)   Volume resistivity/MΩ•m 4.5×106(After heat treatment)   Excellent flame resistance
4. Effect
The FPC substrate, used flame retardant polyacrylate adhesive, has better electrical performance than modified nitrile adhesive. It is better to control curing process, when the curing temperature reduces to 160℃ in humid environment
