Using approaches：
1. Surface treatment: Use the dry cotton or abrasive paper to clean the dust, oil and rust on the surface. Then clean the surface by acetone and trichloroethylene cleaning agent.
2. Gluing：
1）、 Surface treatment: Use the dry cotton or abrasive paper to clean the dust, oil and rust on the surface. Then clean the surface by acetone and trichloroethylene cleaning agent.
2）、Open the bottle. If there is adhesive around the bottle mouth, please clean by the cotton. Then wear a needle or PE burette on the bottle mouth in order to control the rate of flow.
3）、When the substrates are covered by a little adhesive, please bond immediately until firm state. PP adhesive might spend 30 minutes to reach the practical strength with reaching the highest strength after 24 hours.
3. Clean the bottle mouth and tighten the bottle after use.
4、Store the adhesive in a cool and dry place after use.

Basic characteristics：
1. The rate of curing rate is fast with high viscosity, convenient operation, high universality, good aging resistance. The product is applied to bond small-area materials. (within 5*5cm)
2. The product can cure at room temperature or indoors and outdoors without other auxiliary equipment.(It is better to use in the good ventilated environment with air convection, in order to avoid whitening.)
3. The suitable temperature is from -50℃ to +80℃, except for the special heat resistance adhesive that could stand 120℃. (The instant glue can stand 100℃.)
4. The adhesive is applied to general environment without long-term exposure to water, strong acid and alkali including alcohol and acetone.
5. Store the adhesive in the shady place for avoiding exposure to direct sunlight. (In order to prolong the shelf life, it is better to refrigerate the adhesive. )
Attention:
1. Do not wear the knitted gloves when using the product. Because the instant glue will polymerize with woven materials releasing high heat that may burn your fingers. So do not wear gloves to use the product.
2. If contact with eyes, please risen with plenty of water immediately. Do not use hand to knead, because the rigid adhesive may hurt eyeball after curing. Or pack with a hot towel to separate eyelid. Do not tear the eyelid by force. If serious, please send to the emergency. If contact with skin, please soak in warm soapy water and clean by acetone or solution glue.
3. Please keep ventilation in working place, because the instant glue are volatile and irritants.
